I actually intended to publish this post, but now that I've accidentally doubleposted, I'm writing this at 8:30pm, not something I had planned for my night.
Monkey-B 🐵 Amateur Dentist
So, as you many of you know @Sreypov and I recently got legally married here in Suriname, and having that documentation will make post-corona travel a little more easily. In other news though, while trying to see if the Marlians community is still active, I accidentally published an unfinished post within the community, so it certainly is active now!
Anyhow, I wanted to share the news that Monkey-B overcame one of her biggest fears and actually pulled one of her own teeth. This is definitely a coming-of-age moment, and I am very proud of her, and she is mighty proud of herself as you can see.
A Job Well-Done 👏
She was quite shy to let me take a picture of her tugging on her tooth in the corner, so I left her alone to sort it out at her own pace, and to my surprise, this amateur dentist got the job done. She is growing up so fast, and this is one of those Dad milestones I will never forget.
After a little time washing out her mouth and waitinf a minute or two for the bleeding to stop, she wanted some selfies with her tooth trophy.
