👩‍💻 Srey-Yuu & The Hive Blockchain's 📺 Suriname Television Debut 🎬 More To Come Soon...

"10 Min Jeugdjournaal" stopped by to film Srey-Yuu and learn more about her Hive blog, and it was aired on national TV. 🎬

HIVE REALLY DID THIS

     In a roundabout way, the Hive blockchain is responsible for the above photo you see, because Hive created the social connections which led to a meeting which led to a national television film crew arriving at our doorstep.

TINY LITTLE SURINAME DOING BIG THINGS

     Some of you may know @jeanlucsr, probably the most active Surinamer on the Hive blockchain, as well as spearheading efforts to onboard his fellow citizens. He discovered my family's blogs after seeing one of our posts about life here in Suriname.

     Through this post discovery, we became acquainted and @jeanlucsr later introduced us to the lovely @faustofraser and @leilafrangie, who have now become our closest friends in Suriname.

A HUMAN BLOCKCHAIN

     @faustofraser, intrigued by our life story, and also a big Hive blockchain proponent, introduced us to a man named Idi, who works for "Jeugdjournaal," and also as a journalist and documentary filmmaker. Idi was very interested in Srey-Yuu, and thought she would be perfect for a nightly program titled "10 Minuten Jeugdjournaal," or "10 Minute Youth Journal".

     The human blockchain ended when Idi put is in touch with the film crew for 10 Minuten Jeugdjournaal, who came over this morning at 10:30am to shoot a special episode with Srey-Yuu as the featured youth.

LIVE TONIGHT AT 7PM

     The program airs tonight at 7:00pm, a Friday night in Paramaribo with thousands upon thousands of potential viewers. @faustofraser is trying to pick us up so we can watch it LIVE from his house, but a full lockdown is going into effect at 8:00pm.

FULL LOCKDOWN MAKES A CAPTIVE AUDIENCE

     This full lockdown will continue until Sunday, so it's easy to say the potential audience for Srey-Yuu's television debut is about as big as it could be, literally a "captive audience."

SHOUTOUT TO MY HIVE BLOCKCHAIN

     One of the main things the film crew wanted to shoot and discuss was Srey-Yuu's Hive Blog. I didn't realize how much of a focus would be put on her blogging and the Hive blockchain, but it's safe to say Srey-Yuu should be hired as Chief Hive Market - South America Division.

     I'm actually posting this in a rush, but I wanted to share this awesome news with all you Hivers. There is lots of footage to sort through, and the interview will be uploaded to YouTube on Monday, so I will share that link when it's available.

     I filmed the film crew filming Srey-Yuu, and there are tons of pics, so I will be sure to post more in depth about this over the weekend. The crew filmed close-ups of Srey-Yuu working her keyboard while using the Peakd editor, so it may even be Peakd.com's television debut too.
