👧 Srey-Yuu Gets A Stylus For Her iPad 🖌️ 50% Of The Cost To Be Repaid in HBD 🏦

Srey-Yuu (@KidSisters) and I rode to town today for a Western Union visit and a surprise I have been planning for a while.

THE FAMILY HIVE ARTIST 👩‍🎨

Sakada and Sakana are the @KidSisters on Hive, but in our home they are known as Srey-Yuu and Monkey-B. For now Srey-Yuu handles 98% of the @KidSisters Hive responsibilities, but Monkey-B occasionally helps with photography and #homeschooling posts.

Srey-Yuu has recently discovered that she possesses a great deal of natural artistic talent, and I can't help but think her Hive blog has helped bring this natural ability to the surface. She enjoys drawing in her free time and has shared many of her works on her blog here in the Hive-o-sphere.

🤯 A NEW TOOL TO EXPAND HER ARTISTIC CAPABILITIES 🖌️

Today Srey-Yuu and I rode two-up on the bike to the closest Western Union for what is our most efficient way to get fiat money to keep surviving. On the way home I stopped by a cell phone shop I knew had a stylus for tablets.

I wanted her to have some skin in the game for this new tech toy, and I hoped it would give her some pride-of-ownership and make her more likely to care of this new stylus. @Sreypov and I had already worked out a plan where we would pay for the full cost of the stylus beforehand, allowing Srey-Yuu to pay us back 50% of the total cost in yet-to-be-earned HBD.

This plan seemed agreeable for all sides, so I told Srey-Yuu I would make a post about our agreement and repayment plan, and have her agree to make a future post when she has earned enough HBD to repay 50% of the costs to her mother and I.

👧👧 HAPPY KIDS = HAPPY DAD 👳

Srey-Yuu was extremely excited to try this stylus out, so I downloaded the first free and highly rated drawing app I could find on the App Store, and I handed her the tools knowing I have no experience at all with these things, and she will likely know much more than me in a week's time.

Sakana couldn't be less interested in Srey-Yuu's cyborg pen, and she was busy trying to lure the baby lamb away from its mama for a one-on-one petting session. I think there can be a harmonious balance between digital and natural learning and playing, and although I haven't personally found it for our kids, I think we're on the right track.

REPAYMENT AGREEMENT FOR SREY-YUU 🤝

Total cost for the stylus was $520 SRD, the equivalent of $30.60 USD. Srey-Yuu, your mom and I agreed to pay 50% of the total costs, so that means you owe us $15.30 HBD total. $7.65 HBD is to be sent to @Sreypov and $7.65 is to be sent to me.
