In the past few weeks it's become clear that Chairwoman Meow now dominates the majority of my content on Hive, and I can only hope my readers don't get bored of constant kitty-cat content.
Rarely Awake ☯️ Rarely Asleep
Chairwoman Meow is just so photogenic that can't resist snapping shots of her in all her furriness and glory. Since this communist kitty has adopted us 4 humans our days have been filled with much more joy than pre-Chairwoman Meow life.
She is rarely awake, but I guess that is the life of a mini lioness living her best semi-vegan life. I am rarely asleep because of my work schedule and inability to find an assistant or significant help of any kind. Somehow seeing Meow living the good life makes me feel content and worry less about my own situation, and spoiling her with all the naps and snacks a sentient being could ever want has definitely earned me a special place in her little kitty heart.
🤦 Sorry We're Vegans Chairwoman Meow
It's been tough as a vegan household to provide her with interesting foods, and so far we've found that potato chips, nutritional yeast, and seaweed are her favorites, with the latter two being more healthy choices. I also read online that many cats enjoy seitan, and we know how to make it, so that will be a better choice for than the Chinese breadsticks she sometimes enjoys.
At least a few nights each week she doesn't sleep at our house, and I assume she goes on hunting trips to keep her prey-based protein levels up. I have guided her on a few grasshopper hunting trips, and she seems to enjoy them more than than anything, much to my family's dismay. Don't judge me, I can still be vegan and merely point out where a grasshopper is hiding.
🤗 The Cuteness Is Overwhelming At Times 😻
I feel a strong cat-dadderly instinct for this little furball because she is cute, sweet, and there are so many dangers in this village for a kitty so young, innocent, and small. During the day she is always on my lap while I work, and even in the wee morning hours like right now, 2am local Cambodian time, she sleeps in my lap and keeps my spirits up. Her best shots are when she is surprised by the camera like in the thumbnail, so stay tuned for more Chairwoman Meow content if you can tolerate it.
