It's official, I am now a NaturalMedicine.io Curator, and I am so excited to be part of this hard-working crew of Hivers.

It really seems life is a rollercoaster sometimes, and I've been less active on HIVE the last 48 hours than ever before. Fortunately all of this is due to positive developments, especially my new role doing the weekly NM.io #plantbased curation posts.

I just published my first one on Thursday if you want to have a look. The lovely @Sreypov and I have a lot of experience as Ital restaurateurs, so I'd like to think I can taste a dish just by looking at the pics, ingredients, and preparation technique.

&nbs in addition to my new role as a NaturalMedicine.io Curator, we got our first catering gig in Suriname, I picked up some extra online teaching hours, and Srey-Yuu made her second national television appearance.

Way To Go Srey-Yuu!! 👏

It was a very big surpise when we heard Jeugdjournaal wanted to do a follow-up with Srey-Yuu, but this time featuring her making some #plantbased Cambodian food.

She chose to make Tempeh Lok-Lak for the filming, and of course we documented the whole thing, and some posts about it will be coming very soon.

Our First True Amazon Escape 👎

Unfortunately we're still stuck in Suriname for the foreseeable future, and world migration/immigration policies are now more draconian than ever before, but we have made some close friends in Suriname, and now feel a little more comfortable here.

All in all we feel recharged with a new hope for an increase in quality of life here, and these are all positive developments, so we humbly give thanks.

I will be posting in more detail about all these new exciting developments and adventures very soon, so stay tuned. Of course I can't send enough love to @riverflows for entrusting me with this new #naturalmedicine responsibility.
